Who said that every love story
Has to end in a tragedy
Like Romeo and Juliet?
And every fight,
The lovers have,
Will end with black eyes and tears?Let me sing to you a love song.
A song of hope in hopelessness
Of love amidst loveless-ness
And of joy in pain.
Once upon a time,
A boy and a girl
Met at a party.
Like in a fairy tale,
They fell in love with each other
At first sight.
They clicked like
Missing pieces of a jigsaw puzzle.
Happiness is their companion.
Everything is so perfect.
Save for one little thing,
They are engaged,
To each other's best friend.
What an irony huh? Huh?
Like the small world that it is,
They were discovered,
Caught red-handed.
What a scandal! You think.
What a mess!
Surely, there would be
Lots of screams and brawls
But, our little lovers' partners
Were surprisingly calm.
Makes you wonder why, yes?
Let me continue...
Turns out that
Our friends' partners were
In love with each other!!
They fell in love
With the other at the same party!
And so...
Like the typical fairy tale,
The two couples married
And live happily ever after.

Do you find it weird?? I am just trying out new writing styles..=) Inspiration struck when I was on the train, so I saved it in my handphone. Very handy, huh?=D I'm thinking that some part of the song can be a bit rap?? I don't know...Ha...I quite like soothing songs..
